I have had many issues with wireless turtle beach products.

Just wish they had a separate Bluetooth button on the other side of the headset or just an automatic call answering for it because I always have to reconnect the headset when I am already have the microphone on

The headset does not allow me to listen to music while still connected to my console. If I try to connect my Bluetooth device, the game audio will go mute and it will only play the audio from my cell phone.

I will never buy Turtle Beach again. It never connects and if does, it disconnects randomly and usually never connects backs. Help Desk was useless on answering why the volume wheels was not working or how to get them working. Too much hassle with no enjoyment.

1 stare for always messing up and lagging

No option to assign game volume on headset. Have 2 wheels and both are for party chat

It barely works during construction but once connected it works as intended
