YOUR MUSIC - YOUR WAY
TuTuneMe is the customizable music player. Control your music with gestures. Choose your music with fewer taps. Liven up your music with album art colors and themes.
TAP, SWIPE, JAM!
Button controls are a hassle when driving, working out, or just sitting at your desk. Instead, control your tunes with gestures: swipe to change songs, tap to play/pause, double-tap for... whatever you want! Easily assign various actions to gestures.
CONTROL YOUR MUSIC - WITH GESTURES
Why hunt for small buttons when your entire screen can be one big touch pad. Tap to play or pause the music. Swipe up and down to change volume or brightness. Swipe album covers to change songs. Pinch to simultaneously resize album art and text for easy-to-read artist, album, song titles. Easily assign various actions to the gestures you want.
CHOOSE YOUR MUSIC - WITH FEWER TAPS
Playlists, Albums, Artists, Songs, Books, and Podcasts are all just a tap away. Lists are searchable. Most have alphabetical index controls, with the current index letter in a large head-up display while scrolling.
COLOR YOUR MUSIC - WITH THEMES + ART
Album art colors can auto-tint the player's background, artist, album, and song title. Or pick a theme to match your mood, your car’s dashboard, or a playlist title. TuTuneMe has many built-in themes, with more online ready to download. Modify or create your own themes to use and share with friends. Choose separate themes for Day and Night.

3. Viele Symbole sind sehr klein und beim Fahren schwer zu erreichen.
Ich habe kostenlose Apps gesehen, die das besser lösen. Schade um‘s Geld.
best car audio player, tried 50+, one minor fix needed
Hi, iphone 7+, ios 10.3.3, TuTuneMe 2.0.0
Thi is by far the best car audio player, and i'm hapy to see the new version that supports 64bit.
so i can finally upgrade my ios, which i would not have done, if TuTuneMe would not have been working on iOs11.
but, there's a little thing:
Whenever i drag left/right for prev/next song, the ios volume display overlay
is shown for a few seconds. annoying.
TuTuneMe 1.5 did not have this behavior.
Is there something i can do against it?
or is a small app update necessary?
i have iphone 7+, with ios 10.3.3
regards
mani
Great app for in-car use!
I use this app with the Oxygen O-Car radio and I must say, I absolutely love it!
It's extremely responsive, very quick and easy to manage and is a lot easier to use while driving than iPod. Especially, if you're using it in landscape, Tutuneme is totally worth it's money as iPod always switches to cover flow. Furthermore, you can customize the player in any possible way so that it fits e.g. your car interior.
If you need an alternative music player for in-car use, THIS is the app you need!
Nice idea, but... / Schöne Idee, aber...
Well, this program actually is really great, there's only one problem: its reactions are very slow and sometimes the gesture recognition doesn't work. But still, in comparison to the native ipod-interface, a great step forward.
So please, dear programmers: Work on that, especially the slow reaction is REALLY a problem in every-day usage.
Music player with custom gestures
I was looking for a music player I could easily advance/rewind in increments to be able to jump around in recordings. This app let me set up a horizontal two finger swipe to advance/rewind 10 seconds, and a vertical two finger swipe to advance/rewind 30 seconds. I can now easily move around in my recordings.
Great with its quirks
Great with the ability to change songs, volume etc with gestures and a display that can be customized to you preferences. A landscape orientation that acts just like the portrait orientation, "what a great idea". Keeps my eyes on the road or trail if I am driving or running. Just a couple of quirks. I have to open the built in music app first to "update the library" or the songs you just added may not be there. The use of a bluetooth headset/headphones that have the ability to change songs or volume will interfere with the gesture recongition. The only way I have found around it is to remove and reinstall the app, then remember to reset the repeats and interfaces to my likings.
Customizable, but slow
I loved this when it came out. It was a bit clunky and slow. But I could see what was playing at a glang in the car and navagate with a flick. That put it in the bottom bar on my Touch.
But speed or lack of it kills. I have Flick Tunes down there now. Not very customizable but professional looking and lightning fast. At a third the price I recommend it overTuTune me.
Almost, but too inconsistent
I like the customizable themes and the switching between day and night. Also like the large type, which is great for the car. Finally, however, it's a bit iffy as a music player. When I play my entire library on shuffle, the tune changes but the screen doesn't. It's also very easy to get bumped out of the playlist you're in and sent to another. No support e-mail address to ask anyone about this. A shame because it really has a lot of nice features, which will make me try it a bit longer before I abandon it completely.
Best App you can get for playing music in Landscape mode
I looked at tons of different apps trying to find one that looked good and allowed me to play my music in landscape mode. This app is simply the best at doing that. Opus worked fairly good but was extremely ugly and doesn't default in gesture mode. I love how it automatically doesn't lock when it's charging and how you can lock it in landscape mode. Searching for artist or albums works great in landscape mode but when you search by song it automatically goes to portrait mode. Not a big deal since I hardly ever search music that way. Also very customizable with lots of themes. Definately the best alternative I've found to the default music player.
Finally a Usable Album-oriented App
Okay, as of June 2010 this is the best I've found. Here's why:
1. It's pretty customizable. It's the only app I've been able to adapt to my specific needs.
2. I listen in the car. Although there are a number of car-oriented apps, they are generally playlist/artist oriented.
3. I don't use playlists; I think in terms of Albums and Artists. I want to be able to select an album (or an artist and then an album) safely and easily while driving. This app permits that.
4. I was able to assign an up-swipe to the album list. Perfect. I then pick an album, and the rest of the swipes operate against that album. Now we're cooking.
5. All other features are at least as good as those in other apps. Most are better. Being able to resize the album art, for example, is just good thinking. Lots more of that for your money.
6. Although I don't need the social media integration, some might find it useful. I don't know why I'd expect the world to care what song I'm listening to. But if that's your pleasure, it's in the app.
7. The multiple toolbars are an excellent idea, and can be customized/turned off as needed. This organized the interface nicely. Well-considered UI design is the make or break of an app; these guys are on-track.
So, overall, I believe this is the one I'll be using going forward. 10 bucks, 12 other apps and lots of research precede this decision. Hope the above will help you.
