TVO - Remote for TiVo

I’m sorry to do this but I purchased this app after my remote died and I had spent a week or so trying to use the buttons on the box. I paid 4.99 to be told cannot find TiVo box. I have tried the help I have tried IP address manually...... nothing! Another hour from my life lost! The worst part is cannot contact anyone to try to get help. Maybe this review may prompt some help.

Would not initially find my TiVo box but as I knew the IP address of the TiVo I simply entered that and it worked straight away😃 Good communication from developer and worth every penny of the £4.99 I paid

Cannot get this working with my TiVo box - I would like a refund

Purchased this app after virginmedia tv anywhere stopped working. Good app that found ny tivo box instantly. Works fine. I am missing two important buttons : the green standby one and the subtitles on/off button. Hope the developer can add those in. Salim

No volume button that’s all I got it for bag of crap want a refund

What’s the point without “power” and “volume”?? Apparently a standing problem that should be addressed

Bought the app for it to not work at all, won’t connect to the TiVo, and crashes frequently. When you go to the app support page, it fails to load. You can’t contact support at all. So that was a waste of money that I guess I won’t get back.

You need wifi for this to work…
