Easy and efficient!

Easy and convenient.

it’s easy to navigate and add funds into my account. i like that it tells me which washer’s and dryers are available or not. i also like that it notifies me when my laundry is done washing/drying.

We as owners here are very happy with the new system. A little tricky to navigate at first but now it’s a breeze. Thank- you

Why is it when you call technical support no one answers ?? And why does it ask for your password all of a sudden after you already registered??

I’m very happy our resort switched from quarter fed washers & dryers to the new TW app pay system! It works very well, is much more convenient and easy to use and I love the feature alerting you when your laundry is done.

The creating an account is a little confusing, but not impossible. Easy to use with the app on my phone, and I get notifications when my laundry is done. Very convenient and let’s me relax while I do other tasks, because I know I will be notified.
