Why is this app still available in the store?????Done everything it says to do but keeps coming up with account credentials invalid: remove and add back your Twitter account. Done this time and time again and no change. £2.50 refund please???

I purchased this app for £2.99 to delete over 8000 tweets and it only deleted 11 tweets??? How do I get a refund. This is an absolutely rip off.
