Twickets

Tried to sell some Richard Ashcroft tickets that were totally legit. I could of transferred off ticketmaster no problem. They were mobile tickets and they said they weren’t taking that ticket type! What’s the point? Probably trying to help ticketmaster sell their tickets that were unsold.

Smooth transaction with easy payment method

No option to list that tickets are for 2 dates. Event details not available & neither is there option to create. Support Desk also unhelpful as I’ve experienced every time I’ve had to use them. Not customer focused

The process to register tickets is too difficult and should be verified by Goodwood automatically. Spent hours trying to match up as multiple ticket purchases on different dates meant tickets had different references. Otherwise great!!

If you’re on a waiting list and get a notification some tickets you want have become available - when you tap on the notification the app freezes. Every time. You have to restart the app, you’ve lost the notification now, you get beaten to the tickets. I’ve uninstalled rather than be frustrated every time.

Used several times now both to buy and sell tickets. Gives a warm fuzzy feeling being able to avoid the likes of Viagogo and the touts, provided Twickets is able to filter out touts as potential buyers. App and site are not perfect but do the job well. Not had a bad experience yet.

Excellent site with easy processes to sell and buy. My only suggestion would be to allow potential buyers to message sellers if they do not want all tickets on offer - to enable an offer in 1 or 2 tickets in a group of 3 or more.

Missed out on so many tickets because the alerts weren’t working :(
