I’ve just received a £60 parking fine for non payment. I definitely paid via this app and got the completed message. Since receiving the fine it seems the money had not been collected so this app wrongly told me my our purchase was complete. Scams

Use this app on a regular basis and there have been times I’ve put the wrong ref in, not put the correct times etc… I’ve emailed the company and they get back to me quickly and don’t use the opportunity to try and fine me… very fair in my opinion and happy to help. App can be clunky so make sure you see your time remaining before you close the app and you will be fine. One time I forgot to pay entirely so took that fine… fairs fair…

Used a bank park car park, paid for parking through the app and the count down widget appeared, at some during my stay the app crashed and I am now being charged £170 and being threatened with court for not paying, first letter was never received so can’t appeal. Absolute scam.

It doesnt even let me to add bank details. It keeps loading and loading no matter what i try to do to it

Dreadful app, problems loading, crashes, issues with payment. Owned by Bank Park who then issue fines despite you having paid for parking WITH THEIR OWN APP! Not worth the effort of downloading, will cost you a fortune in parking fines and wasted time appealing!

Worked fine for a few weeks, now unable to edit parking time just stuck at one hour max and won’t allow me to extend either.

I tried using the app and it stays on the loading screen for a few minuite then says restart the app

Totally useless. Doesn’t recognise its own location numbers! And yes I have photographic proof. The actual parking machines are also crap & usually non functioning.

Great app very easy to use paid for my Parking in minutes

The cost of EV charging is hidden. So until your parked up and going through it will you learn the cost. So 12 hours parking is £3.50, where 12 hours parking and EV charging is £66.00. On a Nissan Leaf with a 38KWh usable battery that well over £1.70 a KWh. Unfortunately by the time I had unplugged and found a different car park I missed my train. If I’d know the cost ahead of parking up I would not have even bothered to stop.
