Something has changed this year and now nothing works. You can add WiFi but Bluetooth doesn’t connect. What a goddamn waste of money!

Love my Twinkly lights. Just bought my 2nd set & 1st Xmas tree set. Love the ease of set up & easy & versatile the app is. How epic to be able to change up my lights vibe from my phone!!

You can’t paste hex code; you can’t connect to a hidden network and you have to turn of 5g on your router in order to connect to 2.4g. None of this makes sense.

This update is the worst yet, the only thing that has changed a new list format layout , again daft idea. Also , half of my lights on the original layout I had have now gone completely, as well as my Christmas display which took years to comply, now GONE!!!!! Thanks twinkle!, thanks a lot.

On the gradient options for my lights it consistently will just go back to the start and start the gradient again but it’s annoying because any of the slow gradients just never show the second colour because it doesn’t get to the second colour before starting again

Hey! I bought my lights last year. Have just gone and plugged them in and if I try do anything in the app it just crashes. So I just have plain white lights.

I love these lights and the app has so many cool features. But I have three sets of lights currently that can’t be controlled by the app now that I have upgraded to the latest version.

The app works great and everything is dreamy when it's working. Problem is one of mine had a problem with a light out of the box and the support was terrible given the premium you pay. They kept asking me to send a video of it not working (which I sent 4 times) claiming their was no evidence of an issue and eventually just told me to return it to where I bought it. Very disappointed. As an aside I thought there would be more pre set Christmas settings.

We opted for all lights for our Xmas tree - 4 chains, 1,000 leds, and it has been magnificent. Hands down the best decoration of the season. I am always impressed - nearly memorized - by how well done the lights and app are. Thanks you! Cheers!

I have a 600 light set and every year I can’t wait to set it up for the holidays. Today, though, the lights come down and I would LOVE a function that could blink the 2 terminus lights, so I can find the ends of the strings better. Thanks!
