This app freezes often and certain screens won’t allow you to read the full content.

They will take all your money ! They don’t have no type of customer service you can talk to. Everything through email because it’s some little start up company then they will tell you that you owe one amount then will drain your bank account. Be aware. I wouldn’t do this if I was anyone looking to rent. The people who own the bike make it seem like you messed the bike up so that they can get a new one

I tried to use the app but was denied insurance, no reason given. I’ve had my motorcycle endorsement for over 30 years. No tickets or accidents, no info on why the decline!

It’s a good app. It really needs an iPad app.

I was charged outrageous underlying fees that I wasn’t aware of. Not to mention them taking $1,000 out of my account as a “security deposit” prior to my ride. This is crazy and I wouldn’t recommend at all.

The latest update from the Twisted Road team makes renting a bike easier than ever. Now I can browse and reserve bikes on the go and I have all my upcoming trip details in the app without having to log in to the website. Love it!

The new update is a game changer. It lets me book bikes through the app, which makes my travel much easier! Five stars

Not even paying the maximum insurance having a motorcycle license is enough for the people this app or their third-party insurance even if I paid extra everything, they still denied and canceled all my ride requests

App just opens your browser and is hardly an app. Secondly the owner can easily lie and charge you an astronomical amount out of nowhere after your return. Use RiderShare it’s way less shady.
