Good app, except the key skills quizzes do not correctly score your answers but rather, changes the answer you selected once you finish, seems like a small bug that requires fixing.

QUESTION 5 on GENERATORS IS WRONG. A commutator is a vital part of which type of generator? It says the answer is d.c when it is actually a.c my physic teacher told me so, and so did Wikipedia.
I think the person who comes up with the questions needs to go back to school himself. It is the ignition coil that produces high voltage to produce a spark for the spark plugs not the alternator, that is to charge the battery.
This is the best revision material app that I have ever come across.
Will find this a good support for when we cover that topic- really good way to engage the students
This is a great idea for an app and is quite well executed. However, several of the 'revision notes' made me raise an eyebrow. It's probably because it's aimed at school-children, but everything is Very black-and-white.... For instance - various insulators are mentioned that "will not conduct electricity" - and some won't conduct "by batteries alone". Breakdown voltage, whether it's AC or DC, isn't mentioned. Virtually anything will conduct once the voltage is high enough. On transformers: "You only get a voltage in the second coil if the magnetic field is changing." You will get an induced voltage pulse, it just won't be very useful. "Transformers will only work with AC". Someone had better explain that to my cars ignition coil. I could go through other points that are stated as absolute fact - which, unfortunately, aren't true under all circumstances - but I won't. Suffice to say that this is a reasonable, but flawed, app. This may or may not be a good resource to help school-children pass their exams. But, I certainly wouldn't use it as a reference to argue a point with someone who knows their onions.
Downloaded this app for my son, and tried the GCSE revision quiz myself, it was a long time ago since faced I those kind of questions, am sure it will help with both of our knowledge! Great app for free. Thanks
