Приложение отличное,а вот сервис нет,в поддержку нет смысла писать,там не помогут,ответа можно не дождаться. Деньги не зашли на карту,до сих пор не причины,ни ответа,ни решения.

Не знаю куди писати, мене ігнорує підтримка. Я завжди користуюсь ЗЕН тому що в них зручна функція поповнення через криптовалюту, але чомусь в цей раз гроші не прийшли, запитав у підтримки чому - відповідь отримав лише через 2 дні що треба чекати і що вони повідомлять в відділ який цим займається, на согоднішній день пройшов тиждень с моменту поповнення - все що мені казали - чекати, і все більше я не почув - як що і коли вже все буде гаразд. Тож будь ласка допоможіть у вирішенні цього питання.
Be aware!!!! One day after more than 6 months of using Zen, you can get the email from them with information about closing your account. When you trying to understand the reason, ask their support about reasons, they answer standard questions without any explanation. I was ready to provide any further information (including financial documents), but they decided to close my account, you don’t have possibility to appeal this decision. Very bad experience.
Didn't let even to create account, got message that Name and Surname are different from ID, and no chance to contact assistance
Good day everyone. On 13 of October, I have transferred my own funds from ZEN account to my Ukrainian bank account. First of all, it wasn’t mentioned, that the way of transferring will be provided by “Privat_money”. They didn’t inform me about that. Money were debited from my account, but until TODAY (04 of November) it’s just missing. To my Ukrainian bank account it hasn’t reached, but from ZEN it’s disappeared. I have receipts, many times I type to Support, but no any real action from them. Only promising to solve the problem and inform me after. It’s almost one month already has passed !!!! Don’t trust to this Bank ! Absolutely cannot fix the problem, completely disappointed. Transfer volume was 505 $. Number of transaction is 48C31B83-4871-443F-B07B-F8FFECE2DF8F Update: Problem was solved after this post. Thx.

I rarely write reviews, but Zen.com deserves negative recognition. It’s a scam—they blocked my account without any explanation. Their customer support is practically nonexistent—just automated responses with no real help. Many others have had the same issue with accounts being frozen for no reason. Do not use this service. It’s unreliable, shady, and not worth your time.
I've been trying to register on an application and after providing photo of my ID, application automatically scanned it for my name and surname. For some reason it prefilled my name wrongfully and I've corrected it manually. But after i've tried to submit application, I've bben informed that my name I've filled in does not correspond with my ID card. Also applicaiton does not provided me a chance to try it again and to resubmit the application and just was saying to me that my name on ID and filled in name are different. And no chance to resubmit it. I've referred to a tech support and described the situation. They responded to me that they are investigating this. After 4 days I've got an answer: "I am sorry to inform you but after analyzing your application, we are unable to create a ZEN account for you. This is due to our security rules and obligations to our various service providers, I'm afraid I'm unable to provide any additional details at this point." That is basically like "We cannot create an account for you, but won't tell you why. Have a nice day". What kind of attitude is this?
