I just got the bug fix reward with 5 premium tickets and used them to draw 5 hamsters from the ‘draw special hamster’ section. And I got 4 common and 1 epic. Like, come on… and the common ones were all duplicates. Or maybe I’m just unlucky… yup, that should be the reason. I’m the unlucky one… Like, ALWAYS. Did Mother Nature have to make everything rigged whenever I’m here?
this game is absolutely amazing! i love the cute characters and the idea of a cookie factory run by little hamsters. so aesthetic and definitely a good game to download!
You have to watch so many ads to get enough peanuts to upgrade your hamsters. Other than that, great game.

Hi, me and my boyfriend downloaded the game yesterday. The game was very fun. We played through the game and everything was alright until we got to stage 11, my boyfriend lost all his hamster. Mine game was alright, however, I lost all my hamsters at stage 18. I put money in for the epic hamster but i lost it! I went to your website but it was all in Korean so I can only ask it here. Is there a way too fix this? Thank you!

I would like to start that I absolutely ADORE this game and have dumped a lot of time into it and even got the VIP pass. I’ve already beaten all of the main stages months ago and will log back on occasionally to do events so I can 100% everything, since I only have the special hamsters to finish maxing out. Every other hamster is max level and promoted, same with the furniture so it’s the only thing left in the game for me to do. Unfortunately, there’s been a constant bug with events that make it unplayable :( I can sometimes start the event but the second I close out or go back to the normal factory, it won’t let me back into the event and freeze on the losing screen. Not only that, but the event awards and expanding workstations are bugged so I’m not even able to progress in the event properly :( Like I said, I love this game a lot and understand that the app isn’t going to be consistently supported anymore. But if you could fix the bugs with the events so that I can truly 100% the game that would be amazing :)
