Downloaded because of shark tank. Very simple to use and I’ve invested in multiple ID deals and made good returns ~ 14% pa. App experience is smooth. Have used it on iPhone & iPad both.

I have been an investor in SARs for Baby G Company through the Tyke app for over 18 months, and my investment amount is still stuck. Despite the significant time that has passed, I have received no clear communication or resolution from either Tyke or Baby G Company. Tyke has stated that they are not responsible for the sale eligibility of the SARs, placing the responsibility solely on Baby G Company. This lack of accountability and transparency is extremely concerning. As an investor, I trusted Tyke to facilitate a smooth investment process, but the prolonged delay without any resolution or clear communication is unacceptable. I urge Tyke to work closely with Baby G Company to address this issue immediately and provide a clear timeline for the release of my investment. Investors deserve better communication, transparency, and accountability from both Tyke and Baby G Company. Until this matter is resolved, I cannot in good faith recommend investing through the Tyke app. Please take this matter seriously and provide the necessary resolution as soon as possible.

Not a good experience. I’m automatically getting logged out every day. Need to login daily

I had put some amount in tyke and purchased SARs and after selling them , I am not able to withdraw my money. I have been trying to withdraw for the past 3-4 months and have also called customer support but no one picks up the call for many minutes and then the call gets cut automatically. When withdrawing, the app shows not able to process right now and that issue has been for more than 3 months now. My relationship manager’s number is also coming as does not exist( seems shady). I would advice others to carefully put their money in this app.

Lost ₹1 Lakhs. It’s just a scam. Most of the startups there raise money, founders pocket all of it and declare bankruptcy…after a few months they start a new startup. End of the day, you as an investor lose all of your money. Only the founders and Tyke make money.

I dont see the Deals tab in Tyke home screen not sure how can i invest

The app generally has better opportunities, especially in invoice discounting than available elsewhere for retail investors. But they always show all returns in XIRR, which can be a misleading figure for retail investors. If you are using the app, please remember that XIRR is an inflated value than the actual ‘interest rate’ that you will be getting. The actual interest rate that you realize is 1-2% lower than the XIRR figure they show.
