Tymit Credit Card

Sad to say that I am also Rarely using Tymit any more. What made it stand out as being different from other credit cards now no longer exist. I'm back to using other cards which does the same as Tymit but with a lower or no APR for the first 3 months from the purchase.If Tymit can no longer differentiate itself from the mainstream I also can't see it lasting much longer. Also since the last few updated for some reason I am now having a number of problems with the app.. Such as : not being able to see the pin on the app which I forgot as I stopped using it.. So now I can not change e the pin or view it.. Even after purchasing a new card I still can not use it.. Due to the same issue... The app seem to be bugged as even trying to reveal card details from the app does not work and and when you lock your card, then you need to order a new one as the app won’t let me unlock it either.. Interest rates keep going up - more than doubled over the last year. Everything is pointing towards Tymit not being with me for much longer. I have consequently stopped using and taken out an alternative credit card. It is such a shame as l have been with Tymit for a few years now and liked what they were trying to do. P.s: Customer support is kind people trying their good to help, but as you can imagine some of The changes the company made are beyond their capabilities to help and not working weekends just makes the whole process a nuisance.. Now I am supposed to be sending again a series of screen shots and email in the hope Of being able able get my account back working in order, just so I can pay off the outsdanting and leave..

This is a simple to use card that’s great for travelers. The app is really good too. It was my first credit card, really helped my credit score. It took a downturn when you started having to pay to split payments. Unfortunately I’ve closed my account now that they’re charging £6.99 a month account fee. Monzo it is I guess.

Closed my account without a reason. I hardly used it, and now my credit rating has gone down due to the closure

The app is great. When it works.. This is the 3rd time I had to delete the app an install it again because it keep saying "something went wrong. Sorry there was an unknown error. Try again late". And it remains like that for days until I delete the app and install again.. It's frustrating!!!

App is not working for 5 days so far, i can’t see my balance to pay or pay in general … and i bet they will be after me, lovering my credit rating if i can’t pay because their app is broken

Have been with this company for some years never miss a payment and in the last month I miss a payment and I payed next day and they frozen my for 6 month … this is the worst company ever

I joint Tymit over 3 years ago and it used to be amazing.. until In the past year the interest went up like crazy and put interest in every plan including pay in 3 months . Basically they have been taking more than I was expecting when I first joined and the Cherry on top now is they want to charge £6.99 monthly on top of their interest. I opted straight away to close the account. I am surprise it’s legal what they’re doing. Do not join this creditors because they will steal your money . Ridiculous. Absolutely disgusted.

They started with 3 months 0 interest and after they changed with interest plus a monthly fee. Not recommend

I’ve been messaging and messaging and messaging for more than two months. I got no respond. Finally I decided to close the account I sent and submit three forms to close my account but still open. I managed to go one from one girl all she care about to give her a rate after she told me she close my account but that was not the case and my account still open until this minute I just submit another account closed request. If you have this, you stuck with these people.

I got frustrated and am closing down my card snd leaving them. They treat people with zero lack of respect. Like all are suspicious people. I missed a notification and a payment by a day due to insufficient balance and they ‘locked’ down my card and after 6 months they will think about it, whether to allow me or not. I said no thank you. Bbye.
