I have a long hair dog. Live on a farm with a much traveled gravel road and acres of corn and beans all around the house. My Vac we named Harry really has done a great job of keeping up with all the dirt dust that gets tracked in. Thank you for a good product!

I’ve loved this app it’s been very convenient and easy to use, however now it crashes every few minutes. I open the app, change a color or two then it just goes black and the app closes. Please fix this !!!

This app does not work. I tried probably close to 50 times to connect my vacuum but it times out before it loads.

I go through all the steps and still can’t get my device to pair to the app˙◠˙ very disappointing

The Vacuum is awesome, especially for the price. The APP… not so great. It will not allow me to swap maps for Upstairs, Downstairs, etc. Fix that and it’s 5 stars

Won’t connect to the ColorStrip led lights. Process to connect is cumbersome and very slow so that it times out before connection is completed.

Works great. Just make sure you keep clean of hair

It’s a good product. I like the lighting but beware, everytime I open the app I have to wait through at least 5 seconds of ads before I can use the product I paid for. I will be replacing it.

I bought an Ionovac Smart Clean v4 vacuum cleaner, it stopped working after 7 months of use. Despite the fact that I bought insurance for it, no one can help me and fix or replace it (I’ve been waiting for almost 2 months). I tried to call through this application and write, but there is no answer... I only receive automated messages on the topic of describing the problem and that’s all... Once they wrote to me in the mail that it was most likely the battery and I’ve been waiting for almost a month and again there is no answer. It’s a shame...

The app was great until they decided to implement ads that you have to wait 5 seconds to close before you can use the device you've already paid for. This has made sure I will NEVER buy another Tzumi product! It doesn't seem like a big deal at first, but having to wait the 5 seconds after already having to wait for the app to load every single time quickly becomes infuriating when you just want to turn a device off.
