UBA Internet Banking

Would have rated 0 though You guys didn’t update the app for iPhone users,you only did for android,now I’m having problems logging in

Dear UBA, I have been trying to print out my statement of account for days now, but I haven’t been able to. Do I really need to go into any of your branches to get it done?

This is the worst banking app on my mobile. If you are lucky, it might open once in a week. It is not even worth a single star.

What a Shame UBA this is the most useless internet banking app I’ve ever used. Nothing works

UBA kindly shut down your app so you can work on it, the app is not working at all…I opened a corporate account till date I can’t use it efficiently… Best Wishes Ivan Joseph Ivan Travels

It’s is very useless, I am very upset as well, I don’t have access to my own funds since yesterday.. i can’t log in, and the app does this from time to time.

Been trying to load the app for an hour. Just keeps reporting error messages. It is exasperating. Do better.

Transaction receipts can not be generated/printed, the button is there but it does not work
