You need to work on the user id foolish app

Very useless app. It’s stops working and logs you out at random and you can’t log back in. You have to go to the bank and even then, they refer you to their head office which is crazy.

Very useless app, thought I was getting it wrong at first, only to realize the app never works. You guys can do better na.

You people should actually be ashamed 🙄because UBA is one of the oldest bank in Nigeria yet your services are so poor. Imagine everyone complaining about the OTP app that never works. C‘mon now y’all can do better… You people should stop asking for OTP since we can’t get it please 🙏🙏 Work on your secure pass app..

It’s been like 3 years since I deleted the app, had to download it again, was certain I’d have a better experience, still the same issue like???????? Is it possible to be this bad consistently???
