Updated Review: Flash drive suddenly stopped working, every time i insert into my phone or ipad i get a pop up in Chinese that there was an error in connecting the drive. Now i have no way of accessing all the files i put on this thing. I dont know what to do at this point! Old Review: haven't had any issues with the app and usb drive. It's pretty straightforward to use and move photos/videos over, i needed it to move media from my phone to my ipad and it's perfect for that. Just wish there was a way to back up media to specific folders i made, they just all save to the flash drive and i have to copy them over to my folders which takes a long time to do in when it's over 1000files.

It will save the jpegs, but not the file types and as soon as I allowed the app to communicate with the jump drive, I got a scam text telling me to call a number before $143 was charged to my Apple ID. I bought a jump drive that would connect easily to my phone to save pictures, and the drive required that I download this app. Oddly enough the makers of this app also make the app for a different drive that I purchased for the same reason. That drive and app don’t work either. Beware!!!!!

Purchased the usb drive from Walmart under the assumption that it was a usb drive that could connect to my iPhone but it is not that. What it is is a physical version of the iCloud and now I can’t get my video from my ps4 to my iPhone wasted 20 bucks for a solution to a problem that doesn’t exist

Keeps telling me to insert usb drive, even usb drive is already inserted. Started out working fine, then everytime I tied to download, kept getting that notification. I’m very disappointed because I have so many videos I would like to keep without having to buy a whole new phone with more storage.

no privacy settings no way to delete the data or no easy way, but the worst: doesnt really work. will back up only like one third of the data and then stop, restart doesnt help. nothing helps. will not transfer data to mac or pc, says files are corrupted. not all but many. which ones? hard to tell till u try. will not share files easily either. bad bad bad.

I've got thousands of images I need transferred out of a phone I need sold. I transfer up to 3,000 images at a time. I copy them to a folder and then delete the old ones. I've reached half of the strange and not it is struggling to delete the old images. It can old delete 5 at a time. To delete 3,000 by 5 images at a time is insanity. It started out great, but now it's utter trash.

The videos and photos in the first phone's memory have been moved to the computer. After deleting the videos and photos in the folder in the USB flash drive, I inserted it into the second phone. Why can't the photos and videos in the phone be transferred to the folder of photos and videos in the USB flash drive? Why can't they be used repeatedly?

I backed up some of my big video files i had saved on my phone and it wont load them when theyre partitioned in the USB, Ever.

Banyak kecewa sih pake aplikasi ini.. lagi pindahkan foto tiba tiba ngelag ga tau kenapa pas di stop dan hapus lagi memory flashdrive ttp terpakai.. sama halnya dg pindahin foto dari laptop ke flashdrive tiba2 file corrupt dan yg dipindahin hilang begitu aja walopun ada foldernya.. dan lagi2 memorynya tetap terpakai 😓
