L’app va sempre in caricamento ma non si apre più

The app has a lot of bugs; it seems a beta to me. The payment bounce more times, but it takes the money more times anyway! Yesterday I had to choose to “pick up and pay cash” as the payment seemed not accepted (not due to my cards or PayPal; as I tried with 2 cards more times and PayPal and didn’t receive any messages from my bank). Then after hours, when I’ve already payed cash, PayPal took the money, and now in the app is recorded only the order via PayPal. But in the reality I had to insert another order and pay cash, and this order is not registered. So, I payed twice and the customer support made joke at me saying that they understand it is frustrating but they can’t give me neither money back nor a coupon! Then they disappeared. Moreover, I should have payed 13.50€ as I used the “first order coupon”, but the restaurant where I payed cash didn’t receive the correct amount of money and they charged me the full price. At the end of the day I payed 3€ more than the full price, just because the app have bugs and both PayPal and restaurant charged me. Uber eats seem a scam and the worst thing is that the customer service don’t answer to explain why they can’t do anything with my ticket. Dead to me.

App essenziale che potrebbe aiutare nelle delivery, peccato che nonostante nel ristorante abbiamo un telefono dedicato solo ad essa e sempre acceso e con app attiva, le notifiche siano praticamente inutili! Arriva una sola notifica per ordine, veloce con un suono singolo rapido e non viene ripetuto. Conseguenze: spesso non la sentiamo e moltissimi ordini persi!!!! Eatintime ha un potente squillo telefonico continuo impossibile da perdere!!!!

Ottimo modo per gestire i propri ordini direttamente da telefono, senza avere tablet o altre apparecchiature ingombranti!

I signed into my uber delivery app, but I cant get passed the loading page. I have closed out of it several times and even updated the app and its still stuck on that same loading screen.

Business owners, please save your time and money. Do not work with Uber Eats for your delivery services. You will receive no customer support and lose money on orders because Uber will cancel them even if the customer receives the food. I've already lost hundreds of dollars. Instead, use DoorDash, which offers excellent customer support for business owners..

Hasn’t been working for a year now on phone, stuck at loading screen forever, wish they would fix this. Super irritating not being able to check orders remotely

I’ve literally had this app for like 3+ years now and you guys still haven’t fixed the issue where the screen size is of on a iPhone. What’s the point of having a iPhone app? It shouldn’t be that hard to have universal sizing for the screen across all devices. Like c’mon.
