Good app, -1 for dark mode

In 2024 it’s jarring to launch an app that doesn’t support dark mode when the OS, browser, and every other app on my phone do so.

A Nice Start

I’ve found this app to be super handy for the AR features to preview camera placement and view switch ports. It’s also been great having instant access to tech specs, the UI store, releases, and community. However, these features feel incomplete and therefore I neglect to use them… I’d like to see the following things added: 1. Dark mode (asap pls, my eyes hurt) 2. Store/Community/Support Notifications 3. Native UI for Community (The web wrapper does not work well, especially when writing in textareas) 4. Site manager (let me see the status of all my sites, and which devices are at each, with links to specs, warranty info, etc.) 5. Support Tickets (let me submit and track support tickets and RMAs in the app with a native UI, no more web views, I’m begging you) 6. Do away with all web views 7. No more web views, ok?

App immediately crashes

Unable to open app. Other Unify apps work fine for me, but this one immediately crashes upon trying to open it.

No dark mode

It’s very very bright.

Useless

It wouldn't let me type what I wanted. When it finally would the answer I wouldn't be relevant. I believe I asked about 5 questions and 0 have been useful.

No Dark Mode

This app is basically useless... Tiny fonts no dark mode = I CAN’T SEE ANYTHING... Dark Mode came out in 2019, there is no excuse not to have it available for your users.

App is fine, could be WAY better

The Portal app is fine- it’s a genuinely pretty web view wrapper app. However, it could be so much more. The contents of the app are useful and more convenient than searching in Safari, but deeper integration would make this a 5 star app. Please consider some of these ideas to increase personalization and cross-tab integration: Store: - add bookmarking to product pages - add deeplink from store product pages to their specific Tech Specs tab page - add push notifications as an option for back-in-stock product alerts Tech Specs: - Core problem: this tab is convenient, but it is too hard to *quickly* find the tech specs / doc pages for your exact model; adding some (re)discoverability features would 10x this tab - add bookmarking to tech spec / doc pages, specifically so we can find those 4+ click deep docs again - add folders for bookmarks, so we can group product docs by site/project/project planning/whatever - add deeplink from tech spec / doc pages to a Store product listing page (if available) - could even integrate with order history and prompt the user to bookmark docs for past and new purchases The Community tab is great (it clearly has more native integration than the other tab). I haven’t used the AI tab. Thank you for your work! I hope to see some of these features/concepts in the app in the future.

So far, really impressed

Of course this has a lot more potential, but love the first iteration. Nice job! Capacity! Would be cool if the GPT could talk about prices and project costs to brainstorm with also when it refers to a manual, providing a link would be great! Maybe one day it can move everything into the shopping basket too! All in all, great idea! Keep improving this !

Nice to Have

Don’t know that it solves any particular problem but it’s really nice to have the store, community, and specs on an app instead of navigating the website, which can be a little clunky on mobile.

Nice app, Would like the option to zoom in

Cool app, nice new toolset When looking at tech specs, there is an option that shows just the one image but no ability to zoom. Please enable the ability to pinch to zoom on those graphic details. Thanks!
