UBS Safe: Digital security

Could be very useful, but it needs a huge improvement to be usable. Example: whenever I switch to another application I am immediately logged out, even though I come back immediately. Moreover, PDF files can neither be shared nor saved to files. Basically it’s just unfinished application

App stürzt immer ab.

Once I copy the user name to the other app, and return to safe for copying the pass, the safe app logs out, and need to re-login. Its very annoying. Also, the contract number is not remembered, so need to write it manually each time when logging in. There are many things need enhancement. Until that stays as 1 star.

Die App hat es noch nie geschafft Dokumente hoch zu laden. Der Zustand ist seit Monaten unverändert. Einloggen, dann fängt sie an zu laden und mehr nicht, selbst nach mehr als 20min laden, laden, laden.

Juste dommage que sur l’application ont doive se loguer ! Il serait judicieux d’avoir directement l’accès depuis l’application Banking comme sur la page internet. Merci di penser.

I would like to get all information and documents related to the account in the normal banking app. I need to switch to this app and log in again to see e.g the Kreditavisierung for the loan or tax documents. Switching accounts can be aligned with the banking app to improve handling. Sometimes I can’t log in.

Leider schwächelt die App im Moment gewaltig.

Great app, but I miss the functionality that enables one to analyze their expenses.
