This app has some major glitches and won’t allow me to even get into the app. Just takes me back and forth between the bank app and this one. I called customer support and he said, “Yeah that’s a common problem. I’m not sure what’s going on.”
Doesn't matter what the app can offer if it will not let me log in. It asks me to go over to my uccu account but will ultimately just take me back to the log in screen of the card app leading me no where.
Too buggy, doesn't work.
It won’t let you log in when coming from the uccu mobile app and it won’t let you use your uccu login to get in either. This shouldn’t be an app, it should be a feature on the uccu mobile app.
All this app does is say it’s creating a secure connection and then never moves past that page. I’m sure it would be very useful if you could actually access the app. I’ve deleted and redownloaded it several times and always have the same issue.

I’ve had my card get declined some 14 times over the last two months and there’s no reason for it. Even the card readers say “declined: no reason” which most cashiers tell me they’ve never seen before. So I go to this app to see what’s up. And it tells me absolutely nothing about what’s going on.
The app immediately opts you in for spam emails every week that you can’t unsubscribe from in the email — you have to find the setting in the app. When I was forced to get the app to use my card it shouldn’t start me messages.
