La aplicación se vuelve muy lenta
Al reproducir las descargas deja de funcionar la aplicación y se tiene que reiniciar, pero aún así se sigue escuchando el audio del video. Se validó en un iPhone 7 y 8 Plus y sucede lo mismo. Pésimo el tester de la app que permitió pasar ese error!
Buen contenido
Veo que la app “normal” ofrece una app para Apple TV, no entiendo por qué la que es para negocios no la ofrece.
Los subtítulos no se despliegan correctamente, es más, lo activo pero jamás aparecen. Por favor, arreglen este Bug. Tanto en iPad 4 como en iPhone 7.
App full of bugs, locks you out without a reason and support team doesn’t even reply to tickets. I guess they’re just overwhelmed by how many tickets they get because if the incompetence of their devs.
Some lectures will not play when casting just skips the lecture. App did not used to be like this they should fix it has been like this for months! Makes the app unusable.
The courses are pretty good, and their function within the app is fine. However, there are serious issues if you don’t have an ever present internet connection. I downloaded courses to be able to use Udemy while flying. The app requires constant logins through a janky interface that kicks you back and forth between authentication, login pages, and so on. So just getting logged in is problematic. Then, once you’ve made it, if you login right before losing your internet connection, it may last and you can resume your course - for a while. But wait too long or use too many other apps, and you’ll find that Udemy has randomly decided it’s time for you to reauthenticate. Middle of a video? Sorry, you’ll now be waiting till you can reconnect. I contacted support about the issue and was told this was by design. That’s nuts, and it defeats the point of downloading a course for offline use. If it was an occasional login, sure, maybe I could buy off on it. But it’s frequent and makes it such a hassle to use Udemy that I’ve started to look at other options, like LinkedIn Learning. Unfortunately, until the login issues are fixed, this one gets a low rating from me.
Signing in for some libraries don't work at all. Once you are able to sign in for the first time, after your session expires, it only redirects you to an error page stating "We're unable to find a SaaS application for the SAML response received." It doesn't give you ANY options at that point. The only solution is to delete and reinstall the app every single time. Ridiculous.
