UFB Direct®

Hi! I’ve heard a lot about this finance app and would love to start using it for the new year. I go to sign up, put in my information and it says “were unable to to find an account with that criteria” when i literally have yet to make an account

when i go to sign up for the app i get a message that says “we were unable to find an account with that criteria” im unsure why it would need to find an account when i haven’t made one yet and im trying to make one now.

I love how easy it is to move money into my savings and take money out of my savings whenever I need it. The automatic deposit you can set it make it so easy.

Great app good apy easy to transfer money

I enter all the necessary criteria to make a account. I’ve never made one. I am met with a message that says, “We are unable to find an account with that criteria. Please double check entered values and try again.”

It won’t let me make an account. Bad first impression.

On my IPad the UFB app does not rotate to a a horizontal view. Maybe it is my iPad settings but I have not seen this occur with other apps.

You can’t beat having your money in UFB. Why settle for less? I’ve made more in interest in 1 month than I would all year elsewhere.

Great bank the app doesn’t need some work, but getting better

The app starts with a cryptic error about needing to re-register. I have no idea what it’s talking about. The only options are to fix it or login. “We are unable to find an account with that criteria.” Update: The developer thinks I’m their secretary, and has no interest in fixing their app. UFB would like to paste from iTunes. “We are unable to find an account with that criteria.” This page has an error.
