Holy Fortnite this app is so Fortnite

The app crashes when it loses persistent data. It does not gracefully go back to the login screen, instead, informs me that session is failed, and then I have to delete the app reinstall it and re-login that way. This is happened at least 10 times in the last two months.

Every time I attempt to login it gives me an error, however if I access through the normal UFirst app it opens up. This is a useless additional feature

I don’t know what’s exactly going on, but this app is working now will not work whatsoever every time I open I keep getting an error message saying sorry not available at this time. This is been going on for weeks now I get notifications for the app but I can’t get into the app.

So frustrated with this app. It doesn’t work half the time and my husband cannot even get it to load on his new iPhone so he cannot see what is going on with our account because you all changed features we use to have access to in our account to having to have this stupid app that never works.

Surprise, surprise, their app doesn’t work which is par for the course with this subpar bank. Beyond frustrating.

Big waste of time requiring a separate login from the regular banking app. Downloaded it to activate my card but I couldn’t even add the card because it wasn’t activated yet. What’s the point?

Should not have to have two apps for one bank. And when you need to use the feature you find out that you need to enroll in the new app and have your card present to do so. It just makes absolutely no sense. Please combine the two apps.

Can’t even use the app because each time I try to add my card it tells me the state and zip code are invalid, I’ve tried retyping it in different ways and nothing works

I lost my card and I don’t know the number mumber This is not a smart move
