For some reason I got suddenly blocked from using their service, I tried reaching out, no help from support whatsoever, dumbass service

I’ve only used UgPhone for a month now, and I have to say that the service is becoming poor by the day. I’m getting disconnected from my games, and now I have to queue for hours. However this was not the case when I first started using UgPhone. I hope the connections get stabilized cause I really want to renew my subscription but I might have to look for a different app.
