The app is down half the time and I usually have to end up walking

The app is great for figuring out when your bus is coming but it crashes too often for it to be reliable.

the app kept losing service all over campus and is overall unhelpful. it’s also my first day and this just made it more stressful. do not use!

Not accurate

Annoying popup reminding you to wear the mask every time I click on “stops near me”.

When it’s not telling you for five minutes straight that the next bus will be there in 10 minutes, it’s going from “4 minutes” to “Due” within the space of thirty seconds. I can’t tell you how many buses I’ve missed.

I have been using this app since the beginning of the semester. Is has been really convenient and handy. It has an amazing UI too which makes it stand out from other bus apps.

During finals week the only bus I used was removed from the tracker, not to mention it’s so cold out. No update to notify it wasn’t being tracked, just that there were no buses within the next hour. It would be fine if this bus came every five minutes but it comes barely every hour. The bus currently still goes and the website says when it will arrive, so this shouldn’t be a problem

I dont know if this needs to be updated or not, but I just downloaded the app (almost a week ago) and most of the time it doesnt load, or it displays the message “there are no departures at this time” at stops I know for a fact there are.
