When I catch a bus I always use this app. The bus arrival updates are as good as those posted by the bus operators and it’s great to be able to see on the map where the bus last pinged its location.

Worst app ever it will say a bus is coming but it never turns up or it will say the next one is in 15 minutes then it comes in 5 mins how in 2024 is it so bad

When you need to know a bus quick, it’s so frustrating to not just be able to find what you need to know on time because it messes about with ads

My family and I use this app almost every day. It is fantastic for tracking the buses, if they are running late you can see where they are and also very useful to save regular bus stops and check bus times. My son catches 4 buses a day back and to from college at different times and finds this app essential. I would definitely recommend this app!

App was working properly and I was able to view information accurately according to location as well and route map was also accurate suddenly it has stopped working hope someone can resolve in next update

A useful app when you don’t have an ad filling the screen with no obvious way of dismissing it. These tend to arrive at the most inconvenient time.

This app was decent at first, though the ads were frustrating, especially since there’s no option on my platform to pay for an ad-free version. Long ads would play when I needed to check bus times quickly, which was annoying. However, over the past week, it’s become nearly unusable. About 90% of the bus stops I usually check the times of have disappeared. There’s no way to view these stops, and I also can’t track live bus locations on the map anymore, or see how many minutes away they are. Please fix this!

I love this app but can you please fix the bus tracking? The past few days I’m able to check the time of the bus, but I’m not able to click the specific bus I want to track along the map it just says unable to do this or something like that I forgot what it said but please fix it

After the latest up grade so you can see the buses is good but after selecting the stop it takes over the screen making the map too small. Need to be able to see map screen in full screen if you want. You have to remember we’re looking on phones here not laptops. This is something you need to sort out quickly. Please tell me why in your infinite wisdom you now don’t have the choice to say I want bus journeys only. If it is still there where have you hidden it. Another case of programmers fixing something that’s not broke. Started using google maps for buses now far more relit and more choices. This app has slowly gone from bad to worse. Please tell me why you have taken away the facility to be able to press on a bus stop and say get me here, or the other option get me from here. These was both very good options another tool you have taken away. It’s becoming a messy app. City mapper was a good app and they went the same way your going so don’t use it anymore. Just add Google maps is now better than this app. Well the time has come to find another bus app. This has gone from bad to worse. Some bus stops are the loads missing. And there is no support anymore. You cannot email you by the look of it with you problem. Tells you to make sure players button is on. What layers button where is it. It’s not at the top where you say it is. Total rubbish. Gone the same way as city mapper.

This was a useful app to begin with, however after three years it has become useless. Each time the bus company updates its timetable new times are added but the old ones are not always deleted. Our local service runs at most once an hour and the app now shows four buses as due in some hours; clicking to open details of a bus due in '41min' shows the time the next bus was due on the summary as an hour and 51 minutes later. Needs greater attention to detail if it is to remain relevant.
