Have been a customer for a few years now and the service and continued improvement on the app. Clean and does what it says on the tin. Support is responsive and moving my company addresses now to this service. Definitely the best of this type of service out there.

Once installed the app asks to verify which I have done but next the app will not function from the X button on the top right corner so you have to close the app and start again

Nice app but massively irritating that it keeps logging itself out, thereby preventing notifications and requiring manual login again and sending of the OTP via email. Please please please stop auto log out!!! Also please enable relogin with faceid that does not need the email OTP. Further, why won’t you text OTP to European phones? I should have thought a large part of your customer base is outside the U.K.? Please fix this.

Need this to work after just signing up Installed on iPhone 13, logged in, blank white screen Deleted and tried again, same problem

I can’t log in when I open up the app, it uses ipostalmail.net to log me in but every time I try, it just resets and puts me onto the log in screen again. I’ll change my review once I can get in and experience the service. Please help me resolve this.

Being able to read and access all of my post from an app is simply amazing to me. I can read my mail and send a letter in response while I’m out and about. Thanks for the update.

I’ve been using UK Postbox for years and this is one of their best updates yet! You can do pretty much everything on here and I’ve been using it for forwarding my mail and it’s much easier having it on my phone. Definitely recommend!

I like the new clean and simple design. A few improvements would add a star such as swipe left on emails to delete or archive rather than select then delete then confirm. Also the delete is buggy, app crashes when deleting most emails, so another star lost. Mail section not tested yet. A big improvement!

Fantastic to see the new update! Just what’s I’ve been waiting for. Thanks for all the hard work on this, it’ll make the experience of using your services a lot more convenient.

The new app is a million times better - well done all. I used to default to the web version such was a little disappointing but I think this new release will change that massively. Thank you!
