Dimensions is not a good app, it's confusing, it always clocks you out. I dont like dimensions. Deputy is way better. I give the app a 1 out of 10

This is not a programme suited for hospital rostered rotating or staggered shifts. From a management viewpoint time consuming, not intuitive. Does not allow staff to swap their own shifts, requires more time and work for management input. From a user point of view, no ability to read only without logging in, does not sync with any other calendar for easy viewing.
This app became an headache I deleted it, downloaded it again and still can’t get it to work!!!! It lets me in and then kicks me out again
Our rosters were more user friendly, when we had the option of the desk calendar type view. Much more cumbersome since this option disappeared.
It is so annoying as you have to login every time you are out of the app.
Can you revert back to the old calendar view? On desktop view, we wanted to see the whole calendar with all our shifts and not the new updated look. Its crazy enough to look at it on mobile app and now you change it to look exactly the same. It is not helpful.
Very bad app Looks like confused and developed terribly They also ask your name when your comment it Why do I need to tell you who I am? I’m one of your user. But hopefully not anymore. I hope you disappear ASAP!
Unable to view month schedule on app
It is better to show the shift (time) when its on a "month view" like the webscheduler... this app only show a purple box- not much information provided... what does purple box even mean apart from its a symbol of rostered shift?! Requesting schedule and availability dates are too tasky... web scheduler is better and simple... easy as... just 2-3 clicks, boom, bob's your uncle and fanny's your aunt...
Annoying the fact of anytime you change screen it log you out and need to repeat the process of signing in. Example; when checking calendar to confirm dates.
