Horrible and useless app. Won’t let you upload any documents. Better off bypassing the app and emailing the Kronos Support person at the company you work for. I don’t know why businesses insist on using this pointless app

The app logs us out every time we go on the app

I am sick and tired of getting 50 or 60 emails from you every time there is a change in rosters. I have to go through all this rubbish just to get my important things

Sometimes twice a day it closes or when I go to review my hours at 6am it is closed and have to log back in. Please look into this software. The other staff members are not a fan either and one of them doesn’t even use it at all.

So stupid apps, starting with log in without registering tools

App has become very hard to use, constant prompts to use multi factor authentication using Authenticator apps, frequent password change prompt, having to constantly sign in after every app close. App has to strike a balance between security and usability, I have to spend 5 minutes to just login in to look at my shift. What’s the point of having a mobile app if it’s not convenient to the user, mobile is locked anyways and app uses face unlock, stop adding more useless features just because it’s available.
