Doesn’t work

Took me 5 mins to install and configure the camera using my wifi. Instructions are straight forward. The quality of the camera is very good.

Followed instructions to connect to WI-FI hotspot. The camera just wouldn’t read the QR code. Reset it and tried to reread the QR code multiple times with same result. No wonder it has such low rating

Does not connect to Bluetooth

Why is this the most complicated doorbell ever to have because for one it doesn’t show when it’s fully charged and for 2 it doesn’t let you see live video it just stays on sleep mode

Instructions seemed a little confusing, but with a little patience got it up and running. The only problem I have is that the timestamps are 13 hours ahead of time. Wish I could fix that.

Camera don’t work but for two seconds after set up

Worthless! Wish I hadn’t gotten it. Total waste of my money. Paid almost $10 and it will NOT pair with my WiFi or iPhone. I hear the beep when trying to pair but then says it can’t connect. Says make sure WiFi is 2.5 which mine is 5G. I mean really!! 😡

Will not connect or stay connected hard to stay on It keeps sleeping even though fully charged.
