The app needs a update and a overhaul it looks to old school needs a modern look and is very laggy.

When I use this app, I have a lot of problems with it. Especially when I’m trying to deposit a check. If I make any mistake, it just tells me to fix it then spins and spins and won’t let me fix It. It does not even allow me to start the app over one time I had to turn my phone off to get it to stop spinning.

I used to have a widget, allowing me to quickly check my balances. However, with iPhone updates and no updates to the app to maintain compatibility, I can no longer have a widget. Update the app to IOS 18!

First the app was great. Then I couldn’t use it on my ipad and just went to the website. Now I am having problems with the website and am being forced to use the app which I hate because I can’t view it in “landscape”. I emailed USB and still have not gotten a reply! Not good customer service.

If I could rate them 10 stars I would. Great customer service, always professional!! I’ve banked with chase and Citi to name a few. In my opinion they are 100% better

Love the app, yet every time I try to do a mobile check deposit the app crashes.. not sure what that is.
