With the new update for iOS 13 the app is visually bad if you have the dark mode activated on your phone. Please fix this!

Por qué se volvió tan cara? Porque dos aplicaciones distintas pero idénticas entre sí!! Era gratis, entendí los primeros años de versión premium, los pagaba 5 dólares anuales. luego pero ahora ya no sé qué compré y que pagué. 12 dólares por mes? Versión premium de la versión PRO? La han cagado. Lo salva que es la única app de rugby

I really understand you want to take economic advantage of being the best rugby app abailavble for matches coverage by adding the subscription mode. However, I think maybe $5 is too expensive, i would pay upto $2 (in my country the exchange rate is quite high, so it really makes a difference) Also, it would be fantastic if you could add more Argentinian teams as the locals ones playing Top 12. Nevertheless, congrats for the app.

It would be nice to have more leagues such as the Argentinian Top 12. The rest is great

Used to be the best rugby app out there. Now it has too many bugs and features not working. Today, when selecting a news item, the item shows for 1 second then my phone screen goes completely blank. I suspect it’s a rogue ad as it happens on all news items. Very poor. Like previous reviewers I will not be renewing my subscription.

I have a valid, current, subscription to Ultimate Rugby from the Google Play store, linked through my Google account. I can’t use that subscription here, which is almost to be expected, but the same subscription here is almost 3x the price! I won’t be paying it. I’ll have to rely on other sources now. Shame, as I’ve been a subscriber for years.

Subscribed for years but now cancelled. A few bugs and annoyingly have to ‘restore subscription’ every time I open. But just inaccurate now, data and stats wrong especially for the English Prem. Shame, I would/have spent money on a good rugby app, but this is no longer it

Long time user of the app (paid) app gets getting worse, delayed feed, better off checking twitter. Cancelled my subscription. Increased prices at what cost ? No instant highlight links better off going straight to YouTube.

Been using this app as a premium member for a few years now. I’m seriously disappointed with some much needed basic bug fixes. You have to log into the app every time as a premium member, as it doesn’t recognise your subscription. And therefore gets you to unlock it each time. I find some of the features tricky to use. It’s hard to find teams you support easily or even trending news in a hurry. If you get a notification for a news piece, you rarely can click the notification to be take to the story. Mainly to the homepage, or better; the premium account log in page. Really needs to be tidied up as these problems have been going on for years now

I have had the App for several years but disappointingly it certainly isn’t as good as it used to be. Unless you are following the URC or Internationals the commentary is nothing like it used to be. Other competitions (Premiership, Top 14) you just basically get told about replacements and a score. Even when cards awarded etc.. never told what it is for. Certainly can’t follow a game the way you used to be able to. Player profiles don’t seem to be updated regularly, often no profile pictures and outdated information. Also disappointing that don’t really seem to be doing enough in terms of profiles etc… for the Women’s game. Used to recommend to friends as felt best App out there but don’t any longer because of the standard. Just had my subscription renewal notice and told it is going up £5! On the basis I don’t think it is even as good as it was 3-4yrs ago never mind them making improvements for the extra money certainly won’t be paying more and renewing! Really disappointed!
