Great app - but could be great to have an Apple Watch addition!
Works great, but I would’ve loved to have my sleep and habits tracked on my watch too
Deceitful marketing - Stay away
The app clearly mentioned a free trial of a week before you would be charged, but to my shock the money got deducted immediately. I have applied for a refund on the App Store and waiting. This is plain cheating. Forcing people into a yearly subscription, many might not even realise / make the effort to go back and claim a refund and you guys are preying on that. Stay away from this app. I am now looking at options to report the app, I have a screenshot of their claim of free trial week. EDIT: I have reported this app for scam/fraud on the Apple App Store.

Already feeling cheated
I just downloaded the app…. I took the “special offer” to by a yearly membership for $50…. Anyway… I keep processing through the pages to get to the good stuff when a pop up appears saying “limited time get the yearly membership for $29.99” WELL!!!!!!!?

I want to say to Alex and has team how very proud I am of you make this app, it’s building my confidence even more, it’s the habit tracker and optimiser I have been waiting for bio hack to the max I have used the Ai optimiser and it help me get in the grove for more habits, for the people looking at this if you haven’t already download this app you won’t be disappointed :)

Cancel free trial
Hello, I’ve had this app for three days. It seems useful however I don’t think i would really use it. I have not been able to cancel my subscription or free trial through the app or within apple App Store. Can someone please help me cancel my free trial?
Signed up for $5 trial and was charged $62
I signed up for the five dollar trial. I then tried to log in but was hit with all these requests to sign up for more options costing more money. Logged off and then noticed I was charged $5 and then had a second charge for $57. BUYER BEWARE!! I will be contacting my credit card company’s fraud department over the $57 charge. This is the second time an Apple app has done this and why I am not going to buy anything from the apple store again.
