Battery Drains in 10 hours
Battery Drains in 10 hours and customer support non existent. I am try to get support from them since 3 days and only received one response that they are busy and will revert. Don’t buy this useless ring.
Without ending walking activities stopped by app
I have started walking activities but App stopped activities abruptly. The App should detect walking activity and it should be continued but this is not happened
Typical Indian Outlook! Waste of money!
Purchased the air ring; with ultrahuman X package! Their support is the worst! You can get a quicker response if you use the Indian Postal service, they are just not bothered about customers just selling a product! Also the product is multi-flawed! They keep pushing updates and firmware updates but it just doesnt do ainple things like recording steps. Its synced with health, the health app is showing 10,000 steps while their own app is showing 8000 steps! This is like the third or fourth time I have had this problem in over 6months! There is a reason Oura and Samsung are better! I m pretty sure Gabit will be better than them! They are just all hype and no show! Plus their staff is either busy in Bangalore traffic or just not bothered! I am regretting not waiting for the samsung ring now! Dont but the ring! Its a complete waste of money!
