I had already bought a sizing kit from Walmart so I knew my size but came across this and wanted to try it. I did both hands using a black credit card and a white piece of paper. I did my right hand first, it was pretty quick, then did my left hand which took a bit longer, but both sized to a 9 which was exactly what I wore from the sizing kit on both hands! It does work but takes patience to turn the cross hairs green then hold still to take the picture.

In my opinion, this app is frustrating and it’s a piece of trash. I changed the color of the credit card. I changed the color of the background. I use the right hand. I use the left hand. I did everything I was supposed to do and each time it told me either there was too much noise in the background or it told me the background was too dark or it told me it couldn’t detect both items whatever in the world that means it didn’t work at all for me. I would not recommend this app at all.
This sizer works great IF you follow directions and do it correctly. I found that if I did not center my middle finger with the card I was using or if I had the camera too far away from the hand when taking the photo, the reading would not work properly. I did around 6 readings for each hand and it would vary between size 7 and 8, with most of the time saying it was a 7 or a 7 with alternative of 8. I was worried it wasn’t going to work well but when I got my size 7 ring, it fit perfectly.
Worked perfectly for me. Sized at 11 and got the ring which fit great.
Gave me a size that’s 2 sizes smaller. Tested with the ring sizing kit by Ultrahuman. Being in tech myself, needs a lot of work and shouldn’t even be on the AppStore as of now. Also reflects about whether Ultrahuman is doing such early buggy releases with their activity tracking models as well ?
Took over 2 dozen photos; all of the meeting the requirements and with different backgrounds and different cards. Never got it to work. Just order the sizing kit on Amazon. It's $1 here in the US.
Followed instructions to the “t” no stop error messages. Don’t bother
