UMMC Patient Journey

There's only few available dates but no single time slot is available. How am I supposed to make an appointment? Are the system expecting us to log in every just to check for availability? Then, what is the function of the application? I thought the aim of this application is “Tempah Slot dengan 3 Langkah Mudah” LOL

dah a few day try nak booking slot..error memanjang..bila call klinik , suruh booking online tapi tak dapat2, nak walk in terus nanti takut buang masa tak boleh masuk, dah full.. tak membantu ur apps

No appointment found in the apps even the date stated in blue card. Reason given by counter appointment over flow until apps cannot capture. Does this apps got limit of capturing patients appointment? Or system issue?

Previously can access appointment details via the website, now it redirects to this app which cannot log in, giving the message of service unavailable.

Previously I can login using the web portal to online check in or check appointment but now they forced me to download the App to for this. After downloaded the App and registered, it can only view the personal detail and nothing else. Is good initiative to have the App but please check the App functionality.

My billing shown there is 2 outstanding payment. 1. One is from pharmacy where i didnt take medication on that day but app showing i still have outstanding payment 2. I have do payment on the counter but app still showing i still have outstanding payment. How u going to trace it as no receipt prove i paid at counter and app not updated.

After recent update the only pages are to update contact information and logout. Unable to view or access any information

Very convenient apps! Easy to use, easy to track and all details are here. Suggest to add on medical report / summary after consulting Doctor / sonographer so that we have the softcopy report too.

Tolong laa yang buat sistem nih update semua database yang dah sedia ada kat website ummc sebelum nih. Dah log in kat sini, tapi takde apa yang boleh dibuat. Nak tengok next appointment pun tak boleh. Dah laa nak dapat slot appointment tu payah, lepas tu selalu dapat tarikh baru, sebab tarikh lama manjang kena postpone. Sebelum nih okey je guna web. Ini bukan maju ke depan. Nih maju ke belakang dah. Tolong laa. Dah 1 kerja pulak nak call kaunter, semata nak tanya tarikh appointment.
