Great app, always one of the first with the newest and coolest stuff. Store is great too, loads of cool gear! Quick question though, if anyone from the House could answer..? Do you ship from your store to the UAE? Cheers!

I grade this app with five dollar marks. It used to be a great place to find unique items, now it’s a source for $3000 pens, $5000 jackets, $600 T-shirts, and $400 baseball caps.

I’m not sure Uncrate wants to advertise this, but since I’m a loyal, repeat customer, they treated me exceptionally well recently. I had one of their packages stolen from my front porch (video to prove it), and to my surprise they sent me a replacement package! I love Uncrate!

Uncrate has been a great tool for keeping me up To date on a wide range of topics! I’ve used things I’ve learned on Uncrate during many conversations to find relatable topics! Love it!

I love the app and the products they offer, but they have one of the worst customer service I have seen. You can’t reach them by phone (they tell you to leave a voicemail) and when you email them, it takes more than a day to get a response (if you get one). It’s definitely made the experience bad and I would think twice before ordering from them in the future.

Update: all fixed now… a great app with fun content. My images don’t load - just blank tile with text. Also, using the Share > Copy doesn’t format as a valid URL.

I have a lot of fun with Uncrate. Have even purchased a few things from them, and it went well. Just wish free shipping was on a lower cost of orders. Wish I could afford more, but love dreaming. Thanks so much.
