I purchased a ticket for a concert at ponsonby social club and downloaded the UTR app. The ticket showed up in my app. I went to a concert and upon arrival got it scanned. I was then told the ticket was already used! I was treated suspiciously and still have no idea how this happened. I have an iPhone which is secure and do not share my information (especially tickets). I suspect the app is not secure.

Can’t even log in, tells me my email address is invalid - which it certainly isn’t.

Free, very easy to use and extremely helpful for tickets :)

I can't even use this app to log in and see all my purchased tickets...the app crashes when I try to login. Useless.

Especially in the menu page. Looking forward to a stable update.
