• Fund Transfer- Own Account FT, Within UCB account FT, Other Bank Account FT (EFTN, NPSB & RTGS), Bulk fund Transfer, Fund Transfer History, Schedule Transaction notification and history.
• Bill Payment- Mobile recharge, Bulk Mobile recharge, Bill Payment history.
• Service Request.
• Other Features- a) Activity log, b) Credential Setting- PIN, Password & Bio Metric
• Cheque Management- Cheque book request, Cheque book Status.
• Change Login Password etc.

A big disappointment

A big bank like UCB runs this junk app ! Nothing works smoothly.

Not for iOS

I complained many times for this issue. No display after open this apps. Totally Useless for iOS.

Useless!

This app is useless! I can’t even see my balance. Everything turns white after I login. Nothing works!

Dashboard

This is the worst app I ever seen in my life.. dashboard white! Can’t see the amount ! Lot’s of bugs in iOS version… it’s Shameful for UCB

Very bad

I never thought that an established bank like UCB Bank would make such apps. Earlier I could not use my iPhone Thirteen Pro Max well. The dashboard turns white. Fund transfer turns white. There are no other options. Now I changed the device to iPhone Fortune Pro Max. Same problem. .

Very bad design of the app

This app has lot of issues. Dashboard doesn’t work. You can’t see any information in dashboard and fund transfer tab. Noting useful on other tab also. Try to use the web version rather then app.
