I bought extra templates on the app, then switched phones and the bought templates were not available. I reached out about it and they responded that the templates should be available to me on the new phone also. They werent and they never responded back.
If u want to use a lot of stuff you have to pay wich I don’t like so yea the free tools are kinda basic but still cute. Would recommend
I’m happy with Unfold
I am happy using this apps from the beginning I downloaded, until the last version updated. Since the latest update last week (Sunday) I could not access to choose colors background. Also I could not see the projects that I have already made. The projects is only appears in a blank white screen in my device. I have already restarted my device several times and tha results are still the same. Please kindly fix this bugs and problems so I can start to use this apps properly and maximal like I’ve used to be. Many thanks for your kind attention.

Several months ago I bought a monthly package, and you could say I often subscribe, but one day when I opened the application again I was told to subscribe again even though I had reset it, and the budgeted costs also did not match my subscription. The fee written on the subscription payment is 29,000 but what is written on my credit card bill is 93,000? even though the pro spread is only 75,000. how can this happen and it is not true.
