Ahh they ruined it. Ridden with features nobody asked for, it takes 10 more clicks to get to the standard story preset. Now apparently the premium-money isn't enough and the normal non-premium features are watermarked. Good way to lose customers that paid for your stuff. Deleted. If everyone knows a similar app, let us know!
Loved the app. Now it got watermarks all over te place. And force you to pay. Deleting it as we speak.
I always loved this app, but I hate the new watermark (which can only be removed by upgrading to Unfold Plus). I have paid for several templates in the past, which can now only be exported including the watermark…
I’ve been using Unfold for 4 years now. Today I opened the app to make another collage/template… you now can’t delete the watermark (that wasn’t there since I’ve been using it), they mow force you to go Pro and pay 3 euros a month to be able to remove the watermark. It’s a disgrace, I’m looking for a different and better app now!
Awful redesign! Now I need to make gazillions of interactions just to create a story from template.
Updated my review, couldn’t plan my post using my vpn and changing passwords. Support helped me. Support is very good and helpful 4/5 stars nows. Would make it a 5/5 it it would Be easier to customise reels tempo etc more. Still recommend this app, over canva etc. Price point point can’t be beat. For the amateur, semi pro. This is the app Love the templates and ease of use. But the main reason i paided full price, a whopping 75 euro. Is to plan my posts/reels in advance. And that’s not working sadly. So I am Not satisfied at all. Please provide a solution for me, I have contacted support. If there is no solution, I expect my money back. Anyone tempted to buy the full app, be aware of these issues. Maybe it’s a single incident, but still.
Before you’we able to buy templates… as l did! So l spend some money. Now l have updated the app and l lost those templates and everything is under a why to expensive plan! You literally stole my money! I very upset about this!
