Crashes immediately upon opening saying that an error occurred. Tried reinstalling but nothing changed.

The app always crashes when I try to enter my inbox (on iPhone 14, IOS 16.6). In its current state, it’s unusable.

1st time opening the app, re-opening for 3 times and get the same error ‘sorry an error occurred’. Can’t connect to any group or chat to any group since I can’t connect to any.

Not user friendly at all, has a lot of glitches. - The app crashes a lot - Currently I am unable to use it as it just shows me a blank screen whenever I try and open it. - No search option - Really difficult to write long answers to any questions. - Very portly designed in terms of accessibility

Awful app didn’t show any messages even though they were all showing online.

Finally! it’s user friendly for student ambassadors. Great update.

I’ve been left with a white screen several times now on launching the app. The app will log you out intermittently so you stop receiving push notifications. I’ve given up with it, but this is at the detriment to those contacting me as I’m unable to respond until I’m in front of my computer. Impossible to edit text in the app as it will only show one line, and if I use another app to do this I won’t be paid appropriately. Very poor.

Useless app honestly. Nothing more to say

Previously was having the issues mentioned above about the small message bar, lack of iPad optimisation & inability to highlight text in messages. For the past few days the app opens to a white screen and nothing more, only way to resolve this is the reinstall the app.
