Seems to interfere with the Bluetooth when the phone is connected to the car audio via Bluetooth

Freezes everytime, can’t see anything and won’t let me do anything

poor app , i wonder i i bought uniden dash cam now never we got good update

When I tap onto the Home Screen its frozen and doesn’t show the recording at the top but has a timer saying it is recording. I can’t even press the settings button on the top right or anything. Please fix this issue.

Linked via WiFi, but app does not access video files for download

Unable to use app at all. When I open it nothing works- I can’t click stop recording, but it doesn’t show any video recording. I can’t access sD videos. Absolutely useless- what’s the point in owning a dashcam if I can’t even use it?

stopped connecting after 18 months..don’t buy any uniden dashcam or you’ll be wasting your money

Please fix the bugs that stop you from being able to use the app as intended. Feeling frustrated!

The app does nothing at all, like literally not a thing. It says to connect to the dash cam WIFI and turn off your mobile data, so you do that and you know what you get? Absolutely nothing. Stick to BlackVue, their app is seamless unlike this poor excuse of an app.

Just bought this camera all set up and working perfectly, I see lots of people are having issues 😕I have a couple but easily fix , every time I want to watch a video in the car , I have to disconnect my Bluetooth from phone , which disconnects the iplayer head unit in my car as it interferes with the connection. Also memory card to get out when stuck to windscreen , camera should be remove from mount !!!
