Can’t log into cloud anymore
Ever since 2fa has been turned on, I get an error when trying to log in.

Ever since 2fa has been turned on, I get an error when trying to log in.
This App renders the Uniden cameras totally useless. Buyer beware!
After an update I have had no access to the cloud to see any captures. Which almost leaves the unit completely useless unless I’m looking at the live feed constantly. It’s a known issue by Uniden who have done nothing to rectify over many months
Picture quality of my Uniden Solo is very good, however the app requires a refresh upgrade. For a large security company, I Don’t think Uniden has thought this through comparing functions Listwith its competitors. 1). The landscape mode does NOT work, though it did when first installed. Switched off/on camera and phone to no avail. Image stays in portrait mode; 2). unable to soft rewind video from viewing screen arrow. Must terminate & rerun video; 3). There’s no picture summary thumbnails of history events to summarise scene capture; 4). Horizontal timeline cannot be expanded / stretched out to enlarge vertical times. I’ve other security (e.g. Alfred, Ring & Yi Iot) which has far superior software.
Had the app for ages and it’s been five star until now. I can’t renew my monthly plan anymore via the app and I have to go online which takes longer.
I’ve had the cameras setup for the last 4 years without an issue until this year. Now twice in the last 2 months the cloud just freezes and only way to get it back working is reset every camera which took me 2 hours as the process is tedious trying to scan a QR code off your phone screen with the camera that is seemingly blind.. I’m removing the cameras now and replacing with eufy cams which actually work like they are supposed to. Uniden charge an arm and a leg for these cameras and for the price you would expect better. Do yourself a favour and buy a different product as Uniden have gone downhill.
Not sure why but the app doesn’t work when I open it. It has the loading screen but it stuck on that.
This app is great when it works. Had it for a few years now. In last 2 months I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app after losing access to the cloud storage. Once reinstalled the cloud videos are all there. It also happened to another family member with theirs. Can you rollback the update or fix this glitch?
Can never access the cloud now, doesn’t show the library, just an error every time. The web app functionality is also clunky and cumbersome
Seems with every update something breaks! I noticed that I can no longer adjust smart detection in sensitivity, as it fails to load! Not can I save areas that I want to to ignore and movement sometimes never shows even when there has been movement!
