This app is so bad can hardly see my money in my account

Jesus Christ what’s this na,I have been trying to login to my app for days now no way someone sent money to the account but I can’t even confirm if it has enter the account or not,this is why I don’t like using the bank Ona network nor Dey ever Dey stable,inside bank self no network please you people should fix this oo

I’ve been trying to use the app for transactions but it keeps telling me service unavailable even when there’s service or network and it’s really frustrating. Please fix this lousy problem 😒

Reliability is the ONE thing I want from my bank app. Honestly don’t know how they still have customers. Thank bank app is awful- it goes down for days. Almost every time you need it. The USSD is just as bad… awful awful app You are a multimillion dollar company. Shouldn’t take more than 5 figures to fix it. Fix it

Unable to log in at all user acct locked and I can’t receive anything in my email after attempting to change my password

Please hire better engineers to build your app, honestly it wouldn’t put a dent in the company’s finances and you offer better services to your customers. I really can’t believe this app was approved to be released to users. I can’t perform a simple task without hiccups. The user experience on this app is absolutely terrible

Why is this app so bad and haven’t able to perform any trasaction yet

Am unable to login to my app since yesterday
