Terrible customer service and bugs
I downloaded the app last year and it worked perfectly giving me great deals. I redownloaded the app a month ago, as I restarted uni. I have paid for the subscription 2 consecutive months but I am still unable to use the pass. I reached out on Instagram and they said they would fix the bug. A few days later they told me they have fixed the bug yet nothing changed on my end. I have reached out again multiple times via email and Instagram for 2 weeks now with no response. I don’t know how to get this fixed and unifi’s non existent customer service is not helping
