App doesn’t work and I paid for it and apple refuse to refund

Was great after I paid for the no adverts but now it’s been updated it wants a monthly or yearly payment terrible when Iv already paid! Doesn’t work at all now

Was great until they added a paywall. Practically unusable

I downloaded this and even set up a subscription to acess the full remote , payed for the first month !! And then nothing it wouldn’t connect to my tv or Xbox ! Eveytime I clicked to connect it would just pop up saying find your device even though it had lasted my device it wouldn’t connect very disappointing!

This apps was initially a Sony TV fully compatible, then out of nowhere, they rebranded and changed its name and now asking us to buy another app for SONY TV… Massive complaint on the way to APPLE fully documented. Watch me.

It doesn’t work and can’t find my TV that’s why it’s so rubbish 🤬😡😤

Ads are too much

I bought this app about 2 years ago, back when it was called Sonymote for 7£, for that amount I was going to get an unlimited access to this app without any ads as they claimed, now after their last update my 2 years old tv is not even compatible with this app at all and I m advised to download another app which is 9.99£ per month just to be able to control my tv once a week when I’m too sleepy to search for the remote. That is a ridiculous price in my opinion for such a small convenience. You would not be seeing my money again after supporting your original app and getting scammed. Thanks

I thought this a few years ago to get rid of the ads. Now it’s re named and updated I’m getting ads again and have to pay again

used to be the best but it’s now terrible. you can no longer press the ‘ok’ or ‘power’ button at all without paying £5 weekly? the ads were annoying but it was usable. it was £17 for a lifetime subscription but now …? atrocious
