Union Savings Bank (OH)

I have installed, reinstalled, a number of times and called the help desk. Still doesn’t work. I only do online banking, so was pleased to see Union Savings release an app. But there is a lot of work needed to get this app to work. Hope they put the effort to fix it soon.

The USB mobile app is now working with Apple iPhone iOS 16. If you are having troubles logging in please delete your current USB mobile app and reload the app from the App Store . The USB mobile version number you are using should be version 22.1.100. We apologize for any inconvenience as we worked through issues with the App Store.

After my phone updated to iOS 16, the app will no longer open. I uninstalled it, restarted my phone and reinstalled it with the same results. Hope that the developers fix this soon.

I have deleted and reinstalled the app; power-off rebooted, swiped away every app in the background, and still the app crashes before it can even start up completely… it’s just sort of a flash and gone. Update Required!

The app for Union Savings make life so much easier. Having push notifications sent to my phone about my accounts keeps me rest assured I can monitor my account with ease!

This app is very easy to use and very ideal for a mobile banking app
